Nourishing Date Brownies for Pregnancy and Postpartum

I created this delicious date brownie recipe to support your digestion during and after pregnancy, help prepare your body for birth, and increase breastmilk supply postpartum. These brownies are not only delicious but also packed with nutrients that are beneficial for both you and your little one. Dates have been proven to ripen your cervix in preparation for labor, leading to a quicker and smoother birth! They’re also packed full of energy and nutrients, which your body will need whether you’ve had baby or are still pregnant. I hope they help you in your motherhood journey :)

I like to top my brownies with strawberries, bananas, chocolate sauce, ice cream, or whipped cream! Enjoy :)
